BB Black

We asked Hana, lead designer at the kiln why this black glaze is called 'BB' in-house. Her response was simple "Beautiful Black". A mottled black glaze highlighted with iridescent blue.  Each piece has a unique dappled pattern determined by its position in the kiln during the firing process. Focusing on simple, practical shapes and with a subtle matte finish, the BB Black glaze provides the perfect background to let your food do the talking.
