    The Daiginjo S Junmai sake is brewed by Kizakura Brewery in Kyoto, Japan.

    Using Kyoto's famous water ' Fushimizu ' and the best possible rice called ' Yamada Nishiki '

    The rice polishing ratio is 50% and is fermented at a low temperature of 10 degrees celsius.

    Excellent fragrance and taste it pairs nicely with seafood and meat dishes.   

    Alcohol content is 16%
